!Hola¡ I hope you all had a great
week cause for me, it kind of felt like February otra vez. Why? Well no one was in there houses this week, basically,
no one. So, in terms of numbers this week they were low, but our energy is
high. I’m learning a lot and I think that is what is super important I can
start to see the things the lord is teaching me. I’m learning about trusting in
the lord and working so that he can trust in me. That is an interesting concept
of the lord, trusting in us. I have seen that where we can have his trust and
where we can loose it. Like any person, it takes time to get it back. He will
give us a little test to see if we are trust worthy or not. In the mission, he
might have someone sit next to us on the bus and see if we will contact that
person or not can he trust us to do that? In life, if we pray for missionary experiences
but then let the chances to share the gospel go by-- can he trust us? These are
his children and he trusts us that we will get the gospel to them. Are we up to following that trust? That has
been on my mind a lot lately.
Things in the mission are going good.
My comp, Elder Zapata, is progressing great. Everyday I see more and more his
potential and his ability and love for the work. We are working hard to retain
all the new people that we have found and we are starting to find success. The ward
is great down here and is really starting to develop the desire to work and we
as missionaries are trying to keep that going.
Well, as we hopefully start to see
some good progress from the people. I will let you know about it. I know for sure the lord is preparing some
people here and it’s just a matter of us finding them.

p.s. Also I went on divisions this
week and found elder Romney. Turns out
he has family back in LaVerkin! So if
any of you from LaVerkin know the Romney family, I am serving with Jonathan Romney.
I think that is how it is just a cool
fact.
