AN AMAZING SUNDAY

¡Hola! How are you all doing? How’s your week been? I hope it’s been great. Our week was a bit slow but Sunday made it all worth it. It was amazing! So normally our Sundays are pretty slow. Usually not a lot happens, but this one was different. I think this Sunday was the best Sunday we have ever had.

I don’t know if you remember the family that I talked about that we found a few weeks back. Well, this week we got back to teach them, and she is truly amazing super great. She is called Macerane. She doesn’t really have a firm belief but she believes in God and that is great. She is married to a less active member named Miguel and they have one kid. They are a great family. I think great things are going to come from them.

Then after that, we did contacts and found some people who are going to be great and then we also got to meet with Agusto (our investigator with a date for baptismal) with a member and they hit it off pretty good. He has a bit of trouble with remembering to read the Book of Mormon but we are helping him with that.

Also in the night, we found two other new people- Elisa and Jocelyn. They are amazing.  They are evangelical, but good people and really want to listen. They really want to learn about those ``Mormons’` and it was great to talk to them.  That was the good of this week. We also had two ward activities that turned out amazing. We got the whole ward together with some less active members.
This week being Easter (Pascua), it was great to think about and remember and feel the power of the sacrifice of Christ for all of us. As we move away from the holiday let us all remember what he did for us. The day may pass the bunnies and little eggs may be put away but we should not forget our savior he lives to this very day he is here to help us and hold us up as long as we listen to his voice and head his council. The pain and guilt of mistakes and be washed away. It’s not hard we just have to put ourselves out there and trust in him.
